Volleyball - Freshmen

Volleyball try-outs for the 2018-2019 season is

April 23rd-27th

3:30-5:30

You must have the following paperwork turned in

by April 10th in order to try-out

1. Player Information Form

2. An updated physical

3. Concussion information form

4. AHSAA release form

5. MCPSS insurance wavier

6. Bonafide move- form this form must be filled out if you do not attend Baker High School or Causey Middle School
